Free shipping on all orders over $199.99. 

Standard Shipping - 5-10 Business Days (3-5 days for Makeup Products)  - $9.99 

Express Shipping - 1-4 Business Days - $14.99 (under 3kg), $24.99 (over 3kg)

NOTE: All items are individually shipped by their respective vendors. If you purchase products that fall under different vendors you can expect multiple tracking links and packages.

ORDER DETAILS

Please pay attention when entering shipping details. 

  • You can not change your address after your order is placed. The majority of our customers can provide a properly formatted address, so we can add your address to the eParcel system and ship orders very fast.

  • Always use the CORRECT suburb and put ONLY the suburb in the suburb field. For example, if you live in " Rhodes", do not put "Sydney" as your suburb. Also, do not put "Rhodes, Sydney, New South Wales" when the suburb name is only "Rhodes".

  • If delivering to an office or business, always include company name, building name and level number.

  • In addition to a building name, always include street name and number. Hospital ABC or School XYZ without street name and number might get your order returned for invalid address.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER - Makeup Purchases

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Sendle.

If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

If the Sendle driver attempted delivery but no one was home, or it wasn’t safe to leave the parcel unattended, the redelivery process is simple:

  • The driver will leave a card and scan the parcel if it’s available for redelivery.

  • You will get an email notification (if your email address was used for the original booking).

  • You will have to follow the instructions and book a redelivery.

  • If the parcel is not booked for redelivery within five days, the parcel will be returned to us.

You can click on the tracking link in the email you received (if you used your email address when booking), or by visiting https://try.sendle.com/tracking and entering the parcel reference number.

* We send each item as soon as it becomes available at no extra charge. If you are waiting for any other items which are not listed in the shipping confirmation email, you will receive a further email once they have been sent.
