MAKEUP PURCHASE

Can I return something if I've changed my mind?

If you've had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. The customer must bear the cost of shipping. Address available upon request. 

Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible. We may grant a refund in this instance should we be satisfied that the product purchased is faulty. 

Allergy Return

In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.

 

JEWELLERY PURCHASES

General Care Instructions:

Please avoid: exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments which will result in compromising the integrity of your jewellery. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, water and alcohol. 

Jewellery should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in a protective jewellery box. Wipe using soft cloth.

I have received a damaged/faulty product, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged/faulty product, Shimmer Bazaar must be notified within 5 days of receiving the product. 

Can I return something if I've changed my mind?

Products are not available for return when the customer has changed their mind, the product is damaged as a result of wear and tear and the product care instructions are not adhered to. 

Can I return the product for free?

Customers must post the product back to the address listed on the package at their own cost. A full refund will be provided as soon as the brand or retailer receive's the product. 

FASHION PURCHASES

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or exchanges unless the piece is faulty. We will automatically send you out a new product if we have mistakenly shipped the wrong product. In this case please contact us a support@shimmerbazaar.com so we can rectify the issue.
